Partner Coaching

With partner training you share a personal trainer with a friend or spouse. Partner training adds an extra degree of motivation, accountability, and fun, as well as reduces the per person cost.  Partner sessions with your personal coach are a great way to get fit with a partner or friend!  Training should be fun and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating. It helps if you can bring your own partner, but contact us to see if we have someone of similar abilities and aims we can match you up with.
