Staley Performance Institute is a World-class teaching and coaching facility located Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Home of acclaimed coach, author, and presenter Charles Staley, SPI features a wide variety of strength-based fitness classes and educational offerings for anyone seeking greater health, performance, and overall functioning.
SPI serves the needs of clientele from all points of the globe – traveling clients enjoy the luxurious amenities of Arizona Grand Resort while training under coach Staley and his staff.

Staley Performance is seeking dynamic individuals for a Strength and Performance role who responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Designing, developing and delivering comprehensive strength, speed, agility, conditioning and nutritional supplement programs for assigned clients.
•Establishing annual testing/performance measures.
•Teaching proper execution, techniques and safety for all lifts and movement drills.
•Motivating clients to achieve their maximum potential in all areas of performance.
•Assisting with the day to day operation of the performance training facility.
•Implementing and enforcing all facility rules, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Experience with the instruction of all Olympic lifts. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification through National Strength and Conditioning Association and United States Weightlifting Club Coach Certification preferred. Coaching experience in the strength and conditioning field preferred. Compensation in based on qualifications and experience. All candidates are encouraged to apply info@staleyperformance.com
